We are very excited and thankful that Sergey Jivetin will be creating ephemeral art works out of water/ice exclusively for our fundraiser. One set involves making spoons with ice with copper tubing as handles. Chef Waltuck will arrange his hors d’oeuvre on these spoons.
Another work is a central piece that will adorn the altar of the church. He is testing an idea he’s had for a long time—making an optical lens with ice! That’s all the information we can give out at this time. Please join us to see it in person.
